Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Prime Adventure LLC. By downloading, accessing or using GetTall, you agree to these terms and the GetTall App Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GetTall.
Who may use GetTall
GetTall is designed for teens and for parents or legal guardians managing one child's growth profile. A child under 13 may not create or independently operate an account. A parent or legal guardian must create and control the profile and is responsible for the information entered for the child. You must provide accurate information and use only a profile you are authorized to manage.
Educational estimates, not medical care
GetTall provides consumer growth estimates, ranges, tracking tools and general wellness information. Predictions are uncertain and can change as new measurements or developmental information become available. GetTall does not diagnose growth conditions, guarantee an adult height, prescribe treatment or replace a pediatrician or other qualified clinician.
Do not use GetTall for an emergency or to delay medical care. Seek qualified medical advice for concerns such as unexpectedly slow or rapid growth, pain, injury, disordered eating, delayed or unusually early puberty, or any other health concern.
Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity under your account. GetTall is intended to maintain one person's longitudinal prediction per profile. You may correct height measurements and permitted profile fields, but you may not use the service to impersonate another person, access another user's data or interfere with the service.
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give Prime Adventure LLC a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve GetTall, provide requested predictions and features, and meet legal obligations, as described in the App Privacy Policy.
AI and meal features
AI-generated explanations, coach responses, food recognition, portion estimates and nutrient estimates may be incomplete or wrong. Meal analysis is an estimate based on what is visible in the selected image and is not a dietary diagnosis. Review important decisions with a qualified professional. Do not upload images containing faces, documents or information unrelated to the meal you want analyzed.
Subscriptions and free trials
GetTall may offer weekly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact localized price, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal terms are shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through the store account that processed the purchase before the renewal date.
If an eligible free trial is offered, the purchase screen states its duration and the price and billing period that begin after the trial. Cancel through the applicable store before the trial ends to avoid the renewal charge. Deleting GetTall or deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store's rules and local law.
Subscriptions provide ongoing access to updated forecasts, longitudinal tracking, plans, meal analysis and AI-coach features. Features may evolve as the service improves. We may change subscription prices for valid business reasons, such as changes in service scope, operating cost or applicable taxes. Any price change will follow store rules and applicable advance-notice and consent requirements.
Acceptable use
You may use GetTall only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it, bypass access controls or usage limits, automate abusive requests, upload malicious or unlawful material, use another person's account without permission, or use GetTall to harm, exploit or harass anyone.
Ownership and license
Prime Adventure LLC and its licensors own GetTall, including its software, designs, text, models, branding and other service materials. Subject to these terms and the applicable store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on supported devices.
Third-party services
GetTall relies on platform and service providers, including Apple, Google, Supabase, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Expo and food-composition sources. Their services may occasionally be unavailable, and their own terms may apply to services they provide directly. Apple and Google are not responsible for GetTall's growth estimates or support content.
Availability and changes
We work to keep GetTall available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free results. We may repair, update, limit or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, law, scientific integrity or operation of the service. We will not remove paid access already owed to you except where required by law, store action, abuse or a security risk.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using GetTall at any time and can request account deletion in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, abuse the service, create risk for other users or the service, or if required by law. Store billing must still be canceled separately.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetTall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee that a prediction or recommendation will be correct or produce a particular result. Prime Adventure LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of GetTall. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as GetTall or applicable law changes. The effective date above will change, and we will provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continuing to use GetTall after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, except where law requires separate consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the mandatory law where you live provides otherwise. These terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
