Delete from the app
- Open GetTall and select You.
- Select Privacy & data.
- Select Delete GetTall account and data.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
If the connected deletion cannot be completed, GetTall keeps the local copy so you can retry. The app does not claim that deletion succeeded when the server request failed.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the GetTall account and its associated profile, height measurements, forecasts, parent-height inputs, goals, puberty and background answers, movement completions, sleep records, meal records and nutrient estimates, daily plans, AI Coach conversation history, reminder registrations and app entitlement links.
A meal photo is not kept in persistent GetTall storage. It is processed for the requested analysis and discarded after that request.
What may be retained
Limited transaction, security or legal records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, charge disputes or law. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies. Deleting GetTall does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account. State that you want the GetTall account and associated data deleted. We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting on the request.
